Bio: \;The Northern New York Community Foundation encourages and responsibly stewards charitable giving for the benefit of all citizens residing in Jefferson\, Lewis and St. Lawrence counties. Mr. DelSignore joined the Community Foundation in 2013. He helps facilitate current and future donor relationships\, as well as increasing awareness of the full range of charitable giving platforms available to donors at the Community Foundation. He also oversees the organization&rsquo\;s two key philanthropic programs\, which are the Youth Philanthropy Council for high school students and the LEAD Council for young professionals. Mr. DelSignore provides guidance and direction with a number of the Community Foundation&rsquo\;s grant programs. He and the Community
\nFoundation also partners with WPBS on the production of the &ldquo\;Northern New York Community Podcast&rdquo\; initiative.

Since 2006\, Diane and her team have secured more than $61.2 million dollars in competitive grant awards for the clients of DH Leonard Consulting &\; Grant Writing Services. She is an active member of the Grant Professionals Association. She is a graduate of Cornell University in Ithaca\, New York\, with a Bachelor'\;s of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations. When not working with her team on grant applications for clients\, Diane can be found in the 1000 Islands\, out for a run\, or drinking a strong cup of coffee.

She presents to senior citizens about different scams specifically targeted to their generation and high school students about the importance of ethics in everyday life. \;
