DESCRIPTION:Saturday's schedule is as follows:\n\nKids Fishing Derby from 7 to 11 a.m. (ages 3-15) at the Heuvelton Boat Launch - open boundaries fishing.\n\n"Sun Run" an almost 4-mile walk/run\; registration begins at 7 a.m.\, race at 8 a.m. at Montroy Contracting\, 26 Annette St.\, Cost is $10 per person\, first 100 participants receive a shirt.\n\nSt. Lawrence Valley Paddlers Remington II Canoe Race\; check in at 9 a.m.\, race at 10 a.m. at West Front St. in Rensselaer Falls.\n\nCraft Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Heuvelton Fire Hall. $1 admission.\n\nBaby Contest at 10 a.m. in the churchyard at St. Raphael's Church for ages newborn to 24 months. Families are asked to bring a blanket or chair and anyone older than two to please wear a mask and practice social distancing of six feet.\n\nHeuvelton Free Library Quilt Show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Pickens Hall (third floor). If you would like to enter a quilt\, call the library at 315 344-6550.\n\nFree Ice Cream Social from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the State St. Deli\, 108 State St.\; sponsored by State St. Deli\, Stewart's and Fostering Futures of St. Lawrence County.\n\nDuck Race at noon at the flat rocks on the River Road\; sponsored by the St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union.\n\nConcert at the Boat Launch\; sponsored by the Heuvelton Volunteer Fire Department. $10 cover charge. Fulton Road Band from 4 to 7 p.m.\, DJ Mike Macaulay from 7 to 7:45 p.m.\, Another Fine Mess from 8 to 11 p.m. with a break in between for the fireworks.
