DESCRIPTION:Becoming a Better Leader: Management & Board Training   A collaboration of the GrasseRoots Fund\, the St. Lawrence Chamber of Commerce\, and Tedra L. Cobb & Associates.\n\n \n\nDeveloping expertise in critical thinking empowers more successful communication\, change management\, decision-making\, problem solving\, conflict resolution\, and innovation. In this workshop\, board members will learn how to ask the right questions\, find common ground\, build collaboration\, and use planning tools to create the desired outcomes.
