It is always a joy to plant garlic in the fall and see it emerge as one of the first spring plants. The Growing Garlic workshop will include a demonstration on how to prepare a bed\, plant garlic cloves\, and mulch as well as information on summer care\, harvest\, and curing garlic for storage.
