While eligible for resignation before his final battle\, he choose to remain with his troops at the Battle of Cold Harbor.\n\n\n\nJan Wojcik is a professor emeritus of Clarkson where he taught literature. He also served as chair of the Board of Trustees of the Potsdam Public Museum. Wojcik has presented a program on Hickey in the past\, with this version featuring new material.
