DESCRIPTION:2025 FROSTY FEST\n\nPotsdam's Annual Snowman Competition\n\n\n\nBuild a snow person or creature in Ives Park with your family or friends as a part of the 5th annual Frosty Fest Snowman Competition in Potsdam on Saturday\, January 25th! Bring items from home to make your snow creation special to be entered to win prizes in separate divisions for kids and adults. This event is FREE and open to all ages. In the event of no snow\, a "No-snow date" is scheduled for Saturday\, February 1st.\n\n\n\nWhile your building (or watching!) enjoy FREE snacks and s'mores donated by Price Chopper and FREE hot beverages donated by Jernabi Coffeehouse around the campfire. Kids can also enjoy a Winter Story Walk by the Potsdam Public Library for kids during the judging process!\n\n\n\nCompetition Details:\n\n	Register yourself or team at the Ives Park Gazebo\n	Start building your snowman\, snow woman\, snow creature\, or snow sculpture!\n	Judging begins at 12:30pm for prizes.\n\nKids and adults will have separate divisions\, and prizes will be awarded for:\n\n\n	People's Choice\n	Best In "Snow"\n	Most Artistic\n	Most Comedic\n	Most "North Country" \n\nKeep posted with up-to-date details on the FB event page HERE. \n\n\n\nThis event is hosted by the SLC Arts Council\, North Country Children's Museum\, and the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce.
