DESCRIPTION:The St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce will host health insurance informational and enrollment sessions at the St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce office\, 101 Main Street\, Canton.\n\n\n\nThe informational sessions will be offered Monday\, Nov. 16 and Thursday\, Dec. 3.\n\n\n\nTwo agents will be available for one-on-one meetings between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.\n\n\n\nThis is first-come\, first-served for walk-in assistance. These sessions will provide up-to-date information on all plans offered\, individual questions and concerns\, and assistance with filling out any paperwork required.\n\n\n\nAgents can assist with health and vision for individuals\, and health\, dental and vision for qualified small businesses (2-50 employees)\, and large businesses (50 or more employees).\n\n\n\nAlso available are Medicare Advantage plans\, Medicare Supplemental plans and stand-alone drug plans.\n\n\n\nIf unable to make the listed dates\, please contact Suzanne Casaday at 315.386.4000 to schedule an individual appointment.
