DESCRIPTION:MAKE A DIFFERENCE DAY\n\nBY ST. LAWRENCE UNIVERSITY \n\nMake a Difference Day is an annual St. Lawrence University tradition where student volunteers take a day and volunteer in the local community. This may include elderly and high-needs homes\, but also include local businesses and organizations. The 2023 Make a Difference Day is scheduled for Saturday\, October 21 throughout the town of Canton.\n\n\n\nSLU student volunteers from various groups\, clubs\, and sports teams will offer to rake leaves\, weed gardens\, pick up trash\, and more throughout the community. Not only does this event lend a hand to people in the community who might need their services\, it also get students familiarized with the NoCo.\n\n\n\nIn need of helping hands for your yard work?
