DESCRIPTION:2023 OGDENSBURG INTERNATIONAL SEAWAY FESTIVAL\n\nThis week+ long event is one of the largest and longest running festivals held annually in St. Lawrence County\, drawing friends and family home each summer and bringing communities of the North Country and the Canadian border together. The festival is a 10-day celebration in it's 62nd year\, held throughout the city of Ogdensburg and the Greater Ogdensburg area. The 2023 theme is "Christmas in July" beginning on Friday\, July 21 and concluding on Sunday\, July 30th.
