DESCRIPTION:SNIFFLES & SNEEZES AROMATHERAPY WORKSHOP\n\nJoin Aromatherapist Kathy Wilcox in the mezzanine classroom for this workshop and learn how to use holistic aromatic supports to help tackle the coughs\, sniffles\, sneezes\, aches and pains that often accompany cold and flu season.\n\n\n\nDuring the workshop\, you will learn about essential oils that can be especially helpful this time of year\, as well as safety guidelines for children and adults\, and how to use these oils most effectively for maximum benefit. You will have the opportunity to create two inhaler blends\, or "sniffy sticks" to take home with you. Handouts will also be provided for your reference so that you can make your very own blends outside of class.
