DESCRIPTION:TASTE OF VIOLI'S\n\nFrom 2005-2014 Violi's Restaurant was the host location of the first ever and popular "Tastes of Autumn" Fundraiser for Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley. The Violi family were always gracious hosts and put so much passion into every dish. After they retired in 2014\, Tastes of Autumn continued on\, throughout various restaurants and locations around the North Country\, featuring delicious gourmet entree's prepared by local "celebrity" chefs. The idea to transition this year's "Tastes of Autumn" to "Tastes of Violi's" Came after news of Dominic Violi's passing\, this past spring of 2023. Eyland's decided there was no better way to create a special event in memory of his legacy and dedication to this event for many years\, as well as the ability to honor the entire Violi family. The staff of Eyland's are beyond excited to present you with the Authentic flavors of Violi's favorite dishes\, as prepared by the Violi's\, Toby\, Mike & Ross\, former Violi's chefs and Dr. Bill Orlando.
