DESCRIPTION:The Yellow Barn Concert Series 2018:  Six diverse musical experiences that celebrate the power of music to elevate the human spirit and bring us together in community.\n\n\n\n\nA Weekend Celebration of the Celtic Harp with Legendary Celtic Harpist Kim Robertson!\n\n\n\n\n\nJuly 15\, 2018\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nKim Robertson's performances of Celtic music enrapture the heart.  Of her playing\, The Chattanooga Times wrote:  " There seems to be nothing simple about the way Kim Robertson plays the rare and ancient instrument known as the Celtic harp\, but there is an air of magical simplicity and elegance about her music that recalls bygone eras and modes of behavior\, be they courtly or wrapped in a world of fantasy." \n\nKim will be with us throughout the weekend of July 14-15\, during which time she will be offering workshops on The Art of Performing\, Ensemble Playing and A Scottish Sampler. Kim will be presenting a concert on Sunday\, 7/15 at 4 PM and she will be emceeing a Ceilidh (evening party of gaelic music and dance) on Friday\, 7/14 at 7 PM.  Contact our Gallery for details!
