DESCRIPTION:Fiddling with Traditions\n\nJoin The Frederic Remington Art Museum on Thursday\, November 7th at 5:00 PM for a concert with Gretchen Koehler at the Frederic Remington Art Museum.\n\n\n\nThe Museum's doors will open at 5PM and gallery tours will be offered as well as light refreshments. A cash bar by Hosmer's will be on-site.\n\n\n\nThe concert starts at 6PM and will last 120 minutes with an intermission.\n\n\n\nGet your tickets here\n\nGretchen Koehler is a champion fiddler with an atlas of musical styles at her fingertips. Her left hand has a fierce Irish brogue\, her bow arm provides a distinct American Old Time drive while her feet hammer out accompaniment on the floorboards in typical Quebecois style.  An early standout in the American and Canadian fiddle contest circuit\,  TIME Magazine identified Koehler as "astonishingly good."
