100% of the Registration Fee Benefits St. Vincent DePaul, Meals on Wheels, Salvation Army, and Massena Neighborhood Center Course: 5k (3.1 mile) run/walk will start at Barnhart Beach Main Pavilion, to the Marina, through the new camping area and end at the Main Beach Pavilion. The course is mostly flat with a few inclines. Walkers are welcome! Not Permitted: Pets, Bikes, Skate Boards or Roller Blades. T-Shirts will be given to the first 200 registrants Pre-Registration and signed waiver must be postmarked by Saturday, September 19th Entry Fee $15.00; $8.00 for 12 years & under On race day: Registration and Packet Pickup runs from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Race begins at 9 a.m.
