Description
This two-hour workshop is for absolute beginners to the ukulele. Instruction will start with how to hold and strum your uke and move on to some basic chords, mixing in some basic music theory to make learning songs fun and easy. Everything will be learned by ear, so students don’t need to know how to read music. Participants will leave with a good foundation to start learning and practicing songs on their own. Ages 10 and up. BYOU (bring your own ukulele!) although Kevin may be able to loan you one.
