The St. Lawrence County Historical Association will host the Patricia Carson Harrington brown Bag lunch featuring Tabitha Brown on Oct. 12 beginning at noon.
She will speak about her transcription project of North Country correspondence (ca. 1868-1871) titled My Own, My Ever-loving Arvilla Mills: A North Country Courtship.
