Cheese Sampling in Potsdam
Description
All are invited to sample Willow Hedge cheese, a cow’s milk Alpine-style cheese produced in the Finger Lakes region of NYS. It has a nutty flavor with underlying tones of caramel. Made with vegetable rennet, it contains no preservatives, colorings, or artificial additives, and is not subjected to high-temperature pasteurization.
