Greater Massena Chamber of Commerce through a grant administered through SLC Arts present Jeffery Pepper Rogers Thursday 8/5/2021 from 6 to 8 PM in Springs Park, Massena. Bring your lawn chair and love of music. Jeffrey Pepper Rodgers has combined his twin passions for words and music into a multifaceted career as a musician, author, and teacher.
