Development Authority of the North Country Open House
The Development Authority will be holding an open house at its regional landfill in Rodman on August 24 from 4-6 p.m. Come and see what happens to your trash after it’s picked up! Guided bus tours of the landfill will be available, including the newly-opened expansion area as well as the original landfill footprint.

Visitors may also bring hardcover books to be recycled. There will be hands-on exhibits and displays to showcase everything else the Development Authority does as well: economic development, broadband network development, wastewater treatment plant operation, recycling education, GIS mapping, and more!
