Feature Friday Sampling on September 2nd at the Potsdam Food Co-op The Potsdam Food Co-op's Feature Friday Sampling on September 2nd will highlight freshly made Bagels! Sampling will be held from 12 - 2pm with three varieties of classic bagels being offered: Plain, Sesame, and Everything. These traditional morning favorites are created with scratch-made dough and baked in the wood-fired oven in the Co-op’s Carriage House Bakery. During the sampling on Friday a limited quantity will also be for sale on the store shelves, but they will be regularly available on Sundays during the month of September! Pre orders are also taken in advance, so call ahead to reserve yours. The Potsdam Food Co-op & Carriage House Bakery and Deli is located at 24 Elm Street and open daily from 8am to 7pm, with curbside service available. It is a member-owned cooperative grocery store (although membership is not required) where everyone is welcome to shop and anyone is welcome to join. Committed to the community and local sustainability, its emphasis is on providing natural and organic foods with the practice of buying from local and regional growers and producers. A large selection of specialty items such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan foods are also available.
