The Potsdam Food Co-op’s next Feature Friday Sampling will be held on October 21st from 12 - 2pm. Offered on the tasting table will be two flavors of Woodstock Organic Ravioli: Spinach & Cheese and Vegan Red Lentil & Eggplant, both served with Organicville Marinara Pasta Sauce. Spinach & Cheese ravioli is filled with spinach and a tasty blend of ricotta, provolone, and mozzarella cheeses along with hints of Italian herbs. Vegan Red Lentil & Eggplant ravioli provides an interesting twist of well-balanced texture and a wonderfully mild flavor profile. It is stuffed with a sweet, delicious, and hearty eggplant filling. Two other varieties available in the store are: Four Cheese Tortellini and Vegan Butternut Squash Ravioli. All four flavors are new and on sale in October for everyone! Organicville Marinara Pasta Sauce boasts a restaurant-style flavor, gluten-free, and non-gmo. Made with the highest quality vine-ripened tomatoes and fresh herbs, this delicious pasta sauce will be on sale to Member-Owners during the month of October. The Potsdam Food Co-op & Carriage House Bakery and Deli is located at 24 Elm Street and open daily from 8am to 7pm, with curbside service available. It is a member-owned cooperative grocery store (although membership is not required) where everyone is welcome to shop and anyone is welcome to join.
