Description

Restaurant owners and managers are encouraged to tune in for an hour session online. A panel of local St. Lawrence County restaurant owners will present specific tools and techniques that they have used during the pandemic to maintain businesses and plan for the unknown future. Examples of marketing, capital investment, contact-less service, staff and customer culture will be addressed in their real life examples. SBDC Advisor/ Former Restaurant Owner Tom DeRosa will close the session with tips on analyzing and managing costs. This program is hosted by the SUNY Canton SBDC, St. Lawrence County IDA and St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce
