Food Sampling in Potsdam

The Potsdam Food Co-op's 3rd Thursday Sampling will be held on November 16th from 3:30 - 5:30pm. Created in the Co-op’s Carriage House and available for tasting will be two offerings of “Thanksgiving Sides”. They will also be for sale on the Tuesday and Wednesday before Thanksgiving in the 'grab and go' deli case in the store. Available to sample will be traditional Stuffing, created from bread made in the Co-op’s Carriage House Bakery and baked in its wood-fired oven. Also being offered are Glazed Carrots; slow roasted fresh local carrots made with a glaze of local maple syrup, butter, herbs, and spices. Both of these “Thanksgiving Sides” are a delicious addition to any Thanksgiving table. The Potsdam Food Co-op & Carriage House Bakery and Deli is located at 24 Elm St. and is open daily from 8am to 7pm. It is a member-owned cooperative grocery store (although membership is not required) where everyone is welcome to shop and anyone is welcome to join.
