Forest Bathing Walk
at Lazy River Playground and Retreat Center

Join Sarah, ANFT certified Forest Therapy Guide, for a slow gentle mindful walk to awaken our senses and remember our connection to the natural world. The walk will begin at Lazy River Playground's Pavilion. Comfortable walking shoes/boots, and layering to dress for the weather is recommended.
2025 seasonal walks are scheduled monthly, held on the second Saturday through September.
