OGDENSBURG PUBLIC LIBRARY
The Ogdensburg Public Library will be hosting a Halloween Party for children ages 0-12 year old beginning at 5:00pm. Children can wear costumes, trick-or-treat in the library, play games and create Halloween crafts.
