Description
Eric Stanczyk, superintendent of the Carpenter's Brook Fish Hatchery, takes us on a guided tour inside the hatchery building as well as the outside viewing ponds. Eric will explain how three kinds of trout are raised from hatching jars through the winter to the outside ponds and, finally, to their release into various Onondaga County streams. This unique locale is one of only four county -un hatcheries in New York State. Join us to see what it's all about!
