Regardless of the weather, the Cornell Cooperative Extension of St. Lawrence County will be boiling! Samples of maple syrup, cream and sugar will be available! Demonstrations of making maple sugar and maple cream, along with tours of the sugar house, sugar bush, barn with animals and other fun activities for children will be available! Take time to view the St. Lawrence County maple production display!
