Description
Woody's Maple is a family owned sugaring operation that has been producing pure New York State maple syrup since the 1860s on the same land! Come visit their modern sugarhouse, and if weather permitting, watch them boil sap into pure maple syrup on a 5x15 CDL Master Evaporator! Learn how they monitor their sap lines and check things like temperature and sap flow without even leaving the building! Along with freshly made maple cream, soft sugar shapes, and maple cotton candy, they will have (3) different maple syrups available for sampling!
