Mindful Listening Circle
Facing the Present with Heart: a mindful listening circle, in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.
In these troubled times, full of anger and fear, uncertainty and stress. Practice breathing meditation to reduce stress and facilitate understanding and compassion. Listen deeply and mindfully while sharing feelings, our struggles, joys and sorrows, hopes and fears. Facilitated by Jenna Joya Blondel, PhD, Minister of Walking Prayer.
