Description
Connect with your fellow Chamber members and be inspired by our speaker. The second event in the series will be hosted at the Artworks Creperie in Waddington, NY. We'll be serving coffee and tea, along with a breakfast treat to help get your morning "buzzing". You'll leave feeling inspired by a presentation focused on the importance of working as a team presented by Abrahm DiMarco, CEO of DiMarco Consulting Group.

About the Presenter
Throughout a 21-year career as an officer in the US Army, I have led, been led, and have developed leaders in a wide array of places and situations. I have spent my career studying and applying leadership skills and fundamentals at all levels to include:
– making day to day decisions to keep an 800 person aviation unit operating smoothly
– operating in the high-stress environment of flying combat missions
– leading cross-functional teams composed of military and civilians from 12 different nations
– developing the next generation of Army leaders through the ROTC program
Now I’m assisting others to grow and develop as leaders.
To be successful, organizations must have leaders at all levels. Great leadership doesn’t just happen, it must be taught, learned, and practiced.
