This month's Brown Bag Lecture series at the St. Lawrence County Historical Association will present Roger Bailey's account of an "unknown newspaper and author who wrote the unflattering review", mentioned in the July 1982 issue of The Quarterly. The event is free to SLCHA members and open to the public with a suggested donation of $5.00.
