The Wachtmeister Field Station is located just south of the St. Lawrence University campus on Park Street/County Route 27 in Canton. If approaching from Canton Village, it is the first driveway on the left after passing over the wooden bow bridge over the Little River. If approaching from the south, the Field Station is the third driveway on the right after passing Kunoco. Wachtmeister Field Station has a single indoor restroom.

COMMUNITY CAMPFIRE - BATS!
Bats! Bats! Bats! Spend an evening with Kate Cleary, bat expert from SUNY Potsdam, and Nature Up North as you learn all about North Country bats. Test your knowledge with trivia and do bat-related arts and crafts. There may even be some sweet treats available - Stop by the Wachtmeister Field Station between 7-9 to find out!
