Phantoms in the Park 🎃👻
Celebrate Halloween with a variety of free, family-friendly activities
Event Highlights:
Canton Village Park (Noon to 1pm):
- Games & Entertainment: Enjoy arts and crafts, an onsite magician, a variety of family games and a costume contest.
- Community Safety: Meet representatives from the Canton Village Police, County Sheriff, Fire, and Rescue squads.
- Pumpkin Carving (extends through 2pm): Carve or paint a pumpkin, to be displayed in Heritage Park for public viewing for the weekend. Activity hosted by Nature Up North & Grasse River Heritage. Activity Contact & More Info.
SLC Center for History and Culture (3 E. Main St., across from Village Park):
- Hands-On Fun: Face painting, mask making, crafts, and free candy. The Center will feature decorations and activities celebrating both Dia de los Muertos and traditional Halloween themes.
- Costume Parade: Annual parade down Main Street, starting from Canton's Village Park.
