Description
Children's activities include threshing oats, hand sewing quilt blocks, shelling corn, schoolhouse activities, vintage games, cider pressing, making butter, doing laundry with a scrub board. The SLPEM is adding a woodshop to accompany a log cabin, blacksmith shop, textile building, one-room schoolhouse, wagon barn, and other typical buildings of the time. There will be guides for each of the buildings to enrich the experience.
