The Norwood Village Green Concert Series 47^th Annual Season opens Thursday, May 28^th with the annual St. Lawrence County Music Educators Association Pop Choral/Stage Band Festival. The Festival begins at 3:00 The schedule of performing groups will be announced when available closer to the date.
