Board and Management Leadership Training – A collaboration of the GrasseRoots Fund, the St. Lawrence Chamber of Commerce, and Tedra L. Cobb & Associates.
Strengths-Based Leadership
In this highly interactive training, participants will learn that to build a great team, they must focus on the strengths of each member of the team individually and collectively, cultivating respect for one another. Participants will explore the research on Strength Based Leadership, analyze the strengths they bring to their organization and/or position on a board.
What we will learn:
- Explore the research on Strength Based Leadership
- Share our results of the StrengthsFinder assessment
- Analyze personal strengths we brings to our positions on our boards
- Build team strengths through Ideas for Action and Working with Others – two tools from the StrengthsFinder
