ABOUT JESSICA RIDSDALE
Jessica’s journey within Human Resources first started nearly 18 years ago when she joined the Northern Credit Union team. Jessica was hired as the Administrative Assistant, which at the time included a blend of Human Resource functions. As the organization grew, her role expanded, and she was afforded opportunities to further develop as a human resources professional and as a leader. Today, Jessica feels privileged to serve the organization as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Training and Compliance.
