Depending on the activity, the Winter Carnival is split between different businesses in the Tri-Town areas of Brasher Falls, North Lawrence, and Winthrop. (A schedule has been uploaded to the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce Facebook page showing the event, the time, and the location.)
