MAPLE WEEKEND - TROUT LAKE MAPLE

Saturday, March 16th in the morning there will be a Candy-making demonstration and maple cotton floss. In the afternoon there will be a maple popcorn demonstration and samples of many different popcorn flavors

Sunday, March 17th in the morning there will be a maple cream-making demonstration and samples of the products. In the afternoon there will be donut-making maple and glazing samples of the products.

Saturday, March 23rd in the morning there will be a maple popcorn demonstration and samples of many different popcorn flavors. In the afternoon there will be donut-making maple and glazing samples of the products.

Sunday, March 24th in the morning there will be a candy-making demonstration or maple sugar-making. In the afternoon there will be wax on Snow Maple ice cream making. 

You may tour the area and that consists of learning about sap filtration, storage, reverse osmosis, syrup testing, grading Syrup-making equipment, and bottling of syrup. Some of the products include pure maple syrup, flavored maple syrup, granulated maple sugar, cream maple spread, maple sugar shapes, maple candy, maple coffee, maple tea, maple cotton, maple popcorn, maple fudge, and maple coated nuts.
